Freedom from Torture in London (Finsbury Park) is seeking an Organisational Wellbeing Lead for a fixed-term maternity cover (12 months) at 28 hours per week. The role involves helping develop the organisation's wellbeing strategy, advising senior leaders, designing service initiatives, creating training products, and evaluating impact.

You will work to embed trauma-informed wellbeing practices across the organisation, share best practice with sector partners, and drive engagement with wellbeing.
