Job ref: We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Support Officer to join us at Freedom from Torture. You will be responsible for maintaining the ICT systems and supporting the users of these systems. In addition, you will provide first/second line support across the FfT centres and be the first point of contact in the ICT Team for internal enquiries/issues.

About the role: As an ICT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality IT service and pro-actively supporting all Freedom from Torture staff, volunteers, and contractors. You will ensure a seamless and stable staff and clients experience across all our locations, liaising with third party providers for continuity of service and support the ICT Team in the delivery of projects.
