The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for delivering FTTP business revenue across 1Gbps to 10Gbps and Ethernet services. This will be achieved through the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of ISP partners, wholesalers, value-added resellers, connectivity aggregators, and other strategic routes to market. The role also involves active engagement with business customers, including presenting at conferences, running local awareness events, and driving adoption within business parks aligned to the build programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment & Engagement: Actively recruit new partners across all relevant channels to build a healthy sales pipeline. Explore and develop new routes and channels to promote services and expand market presence. Onboard, train and coach partners to ensure successful and compliant sales of services.
- Sales Delivery & Pipeline Management: Manage and forecast the sales funnel by partner, ensuring accurate reporting into the business. Support partner-led sales activity, including customer visits and outreach campaigns to drive revenue performance. Prepare and manage partner business plans to ensure targets are achieved.
- Compliance & Record Management: Ensure partners meet all compliance standards and operate in line with company requirements. Maintain accurate partner records in CRM or other internal systems.
- Market Awareness & Local Engagement: Attend and present at business conferences, drop-in events, and community sessions to raise brand awareness. Monitor and record the competitive landscape, feeding pricing and incentive intelligence into head office for benchmarking and strategic review.
