As we continue to grow, our delivery teams are at the heart of getting customers connected. In this role, you'll work across the business and with delivery partners to keep things moving, solve problems and make sure connections are delivered smoothly and on time.
The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Delivery Enablement Coordinator to join our team in Irlam.

- Keep systems and trackers updated with accurate notes, dates and statuses, including Agiloft.
- Track resources and highlight gaps, risks and potential delays.
- Manage service queries relating to Ready for Service (RFS) status.
- Log, assign and progress service and fault requests where delivery input is needed.
- Follow up on actions required to complete customer connections and close orders.
- Monitor and communicate delays and Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs) to the Service Desk.
- Attend internal and partner update calls and provide clear operational updates.
- Escalate blockers and potential SLA risks to relevant teams.
- Support the Delivery Enablement Manager with reporting and operational updates.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working across multiple teams.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a coordination or operations role, preferably within telecoms or utilities.
- Previous experience in delivery support, provisioning, planning or order coordination.
- Experience with order management, service desk systems and escalation processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining operational systems, trackers and accurate records.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- An understanding of fibre infrastructure, customer connections and civils planning would be a plus.
