Fixed term contract/agency worker for 3 months.

The BI, Reporting & Data Administrator is responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring business reports and analytics across all operational departments, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. The role supports data accuracy, insight generation and continuous improvement of reporting processes within Sales Operations.

Reporting To: Head of Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and manage reporting, dashboards, analytics and other BI solutions.
  • Work with internal departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data within all reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and resolve data issues to ensure reliable daily reporting.
  • Support Sales Operations with data analysis, interpretation and insight generation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, datasets and reporting outputs.
  • Train and support colleagues in using BI tools, dashboards and data sets.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, automation and data workflows.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a Sales Operations or similar business environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a data, BI or reporting-focused role.
  • Training or certification in data analytics, BI platforms or database technologies.
