The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead our small, but growing, Social Media Team, who, as part of the wider Marketing Team, are responsible for sharing our latest holiday ideas and offers with our clients and followers, and to increase general awareness of the FREEDOM brand.
Your role will include:
- Managing the Social Media Team
- Managing paid social ads (with a 6-figure budget)
- Managing organic content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Helping run promotional campaigns with tourist boards and suppliers
- Other activities, such as designing email campaigns and website copy writing
It’s a full time position, five days a week, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Your Experience
To be successful in the role you will need:
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- The ability to write engaging content, and a keen eye for imagery
- Experience running paid social ads, ideally across different platforms
- Good leadership skills – to inspire, and help your team reach their potential
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- The ability to work accurately under pressure
- A good geographical knowledge and an interest in travel
Travel industry experience is advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided. More important are ideas and creativity!

The Team
Many of our team have been with us for over 15 years, meaning there is always support on hand to help you grow into your role and progress in the company.
During your training programme you’ll have sessions with managers in each department, to give you a thorough understanding of the travel industry, how we work and the goals we are trying to achieve.
