Support Worker Opportunities β Young Person & Young Adult Support in Gosport & Headley, Hampshire

Introduction

We are currently recruiting for two separate community-based support roles:
- Role 1: PA Support Worker β Young Adult Support (Gosport, Hampshire)
Hours:- Approx. 3β6 hours per week initially
- Additional flexible hours available
- Wednesday evenings (17:30β20:30) or alternative Saturdays (17:30β20:30)
- Role 2: Community Support Worker / Mentor (Headley, Hampshire)
Hours:- 6 hours per week (2 x 3-hour sessions)
- Preferred Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings
About You
- Calm, patient and emotionally aware
- Reliable and flexible
- Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, PDA or additional needs
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Driver preferred
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable
