Support Worker Opportunities – Young Person & Young Adult Support in Gosport & Headley, Hampshire

Introduction

We create safe, nurturing and positive environments where individuals can develop confidence, independence and life skills while receiving the support they need.
We are currently recruiting for two separate community-based support roles:
- Role 1: PA Support Worker – Young Adult Support (Gosport, Hampshire)
Hours:- Approx. 3–6 hours per week initially
- Additional flexible hours available
- Wednesday evenings (17:30–20:30) or alternative Saturdays (17:30–20:30)
- Role 2: Community Support Worker / Mentor (Headley, Hampshire)
Hours:- 6 hours per week (2 x 3-hour sessions)
- Preferred Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings
About You
- Calm, patient and emotionally aware
- Reliable and flexible
- Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, PDA or additional needs
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Driver preferred
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable
