Family Time Manager (Operational Lead & DSL)
Part-time 20 hours (ability to flex to 30) over five days a week | Hybrid | £35,000 to 40,000 FTE (pro‑rata)

The Role
This is a hands‑on role where you will:
- Lead Family Time services
- Manage bookings, scheduling and caseloads
- Set up new cases
- Prepare the service for future growth
- Recruit and manage staff as the service expands
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) supported by two Deputies
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Social Worker or relevant professional, ideally registered with Social Work England (or equivalent) but not essential
- Experience in safeguarding
- Comfortable working independently
- Organised and adaptable
- Motivated to grow with the organisation
