As Client Partner, you are a senior member of the company accountable for client success and commercial delivery. You will own a major client relationship, meeting revenue and margin objectives while helping shape the company's strategic direction. As a Freedman brand ambassador, you will influence team culture and build deep client partnerships. Your role centers on demonstrating how Freedman drives competitive advantage, delivering exceptional service, and establishing trusted advisor relationships that create value for both Freedman and the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Lead client relationships at senior stakeholder level, acting as trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Ensure all client requests are handled professionally with timely, high-quality delivery
- Build deep understanding of client business dynamics to identify opportunities where digital drives business objectives
- Monitor competitive landscape and deliver actionable insights to client and Freedman teams
- Own client satisfaction, service quality, and retention across your client portfolio
- Take responsibility for client escalations and provide clear communication to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
- Commercial & Account Management
- Take full commercial ownership of your client portfolio, meeting revenue and margin targets
- Manage accurate weekly forecasting, WIP, and invoicing processes
- Create and execute annual business development plans to grow existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue opportunities for portfolio expansion and upsell
- Project & Delivery Excellence
- Manage a team of Client Directors who own end-to-end client communication throughout a project from concept through delivery and post-project review
- Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collate results, write case studies, and share learnings across client and Freedman teams
- Collaborate effectively with cross-discipline teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Strategic Contribution & Leadership
- Develop strategic proposals and roadmaps in response to client briefs
- Contribute to portfolio management team vision and strategy
- Participate actively in Client Management meetings, training, and capability development
- Stay up to date on AI and technology trends which may impact your clients business and our ability to deliver on their needs
- Mentor and develop talent within your teams

- 10+ years in senior client-facing roles
- Proven experience managing clients work across multi market campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain senior client relationships
- Experience writing strategic proposals and defining client roadmaps
