They will be responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative tasks related to fleet maintenance. This role ensures that vehicles and equipment are properly serviced, maintained, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. The position involves maintenance reporting, managing records, liaising with vendors, and supporting the fleet team with any other ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule routine and preventive maintenance for fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Track and monitor services, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and compliance documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and warranty claims.
- Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory and safety requirements.
