We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing IT systems, analysing data to support business decisions, and optimizing workflows through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, data analysis, and process automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • System Implementation: Plan, configure, and deploy new IT systems and applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to security protocols and compliance standards. Regularly update and patch systems to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration and implementation.
