We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Administrator to join the transport team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and compliant movement of goods across borders by managing all customs documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import/export customs declarations.
- Ensure all shipments comply with HMRC, Brexit-related, and international customs regulations.
- Liaise with freight carriers, customs authorities, and clients to resolve any clearance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and audit trails.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks as required.
