Vacancies for Experienced Class 1 Drivers Curtain Sider and Fridge Work. Due to growth and expansion, we are currently looking for drivers to join our team. We are looking for Local Experienced Drivers for:
- Day Shift
- Night Shift
- Part Time Weekend/Evening
Job Responsibilities:
- Abide by health and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily walk around checks on a regular basis of both the lorry unit and the trailer/fridge.
- Adhere to speed limits at all times and drive with care and attention, being aware of other vehicles, road users and pedestrians.
- Adhering to all relevant driving regulations and company policies.
- Treat with care and attention and respect all items of Customer and Company property.
- Communicate any problems immediately to the appropriate Operations Manager, Planning Managers, Compliance, or the Fleet Maintenance Manager.
- Deal with Customers in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner at all times.
- Abide by drivers hours, tacho and rest periods.
Qualifications:
- Class 1 HGV Licence.
- DIGI and CPC Cards.
- Excellent communication skills and IT Literacy.
- Good understanding of safety procedures.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
