Freeburn Transport Ltd are a family run business located in Moy. The Company has extensive transport operations covering Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and depots located throughout Scotland and England. We are looking for experienced drivers to work out of Warrington on Full Time Day Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Abide by health and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily walk around checks on a regular basis of both the lorry unit and the trailer/fridge.
- Adhere to speed limits at all times and drive with care and attention, being aware of other vehicles, road users and pedestrians.
- Adhering to all relevant driving regulations and company policies.
- Treat with care and attention and respect all items of Customer and Company property.
- Communicate any problems immediately to the appropriate Operations Manager, Planning Managers, Compliance, or the Fleet Maintenance Manager.
- Deal with Customers in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner at all times.
- Abide by drivers hours, tacho and rest periods.
Qualifications:
- Class 1 HGV Licence.
- DIGI and CPC Cards.
- Excellent communication skills and IT Literacy.
- Good understanding of safety procedures.
