We are looking for an Accountant on an initial 6‑month FTC to join our finance team, with an opportunity to transition to a permanent position as the team evolves. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into core finance processes while supporting a team through change.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with statutory accounts preparation
- Assist in responding to audit queries
- Review and approve payments
- Prepare and post month‑end journals
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month‑end reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and update cash flow actuals
- Provide fixed asset support
- Support a finance system upgrade project, including testing
About You
- Experience in a similar Accountant / Finance role
- Strong understanding of month‑end processes
- Confident working with reconciliations and journals
- Comfortable supporting audits and statutory reporting
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience with system implementations or upgrades is a bonus
