Description

Do you get the same charge from concepting a full campaign as you do from turning around a killer Amazon listing before the end of day?

Can you jump from a paid social ad, to an email build, to a landing page, and make all of them feel unmistakably on-brand?

Freebird® is a 9-figure DTC brand serving over 2 million customers and redefining grooming for the modern consumer.

We’ve built one of the strongest paid acquisition engines in DTC, and our brand now needs to show up just as strongly in our customers’ inbox, their feed, their search results, and their doorstep.

The next phase of growth means showing up with sharper, more consistent creative across every single one of those touchpoints.

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can move fluidly across our full creative surface: Email, Paid Ads, Amazon, Web Assets, and Landing Pages.

This isn’t a role where you specialize in one lane and stay there.

One day you’re concepting a campaign end-to-end; the next you’re turning around a fast set of on-brand assets or building out an email send.

If you love variety and want real ownership over the work you touch, this role is built for you.

You’ll work inside our design system every day in Figma, translating brand and platform guidelines into polished, production-ready creative that holds up whether it’s landing in an inbox, a feed, or an Amazon listing.

If you think in brand systems as much as you think in creative concepts, and you’ve been waiting for a seat where you get to touch every part of the customer journey, this role is for you.

  • What You’ll Own
  • Design Across Every Channel We Show Up In
  • Design and produce creative for Email, Paid Ads, Amazon, Web Assets, and Landing Pages.
  • Adapt concepts and assets to the specs, formats, and guidelines of each individual platform.
  • Move seamlessly between full campaign concepts and fast-turn, one-off asset requests.
  • Work Within (and Elevate) the Freebird Design System
  • Design consistently within our established design system and brand guidelines.
  • Flag gaps or opportunities to evolve the system as our product lines and channels expand.
  • Bring new ideas and creative perspectives that push our work forward, without breaking brand consistency.
  • Balance Campaigns and Quick-Turn Production
  • Concept and build full campaigns from brief to finished asset.
  • Turn around fast, polished asset requests (an email, an ad, a landing page tweak) on the same day when needed.
  • Prioritize and manage your own workload to consistently hit deadlines.
  • Collaborate Across the Business
  • Partner with Email, Paid Media, Amazon, and Web/CRO teams to understand what each channel needs.
  • Work independently on self-directed projects and collaboratively when partnering with other designers or departments.
  • Communicate proactively about status, blockers, and priorities.
  • What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6-12 months

  • You’re a trusted, go-to designer across Email, Paid Ads, Amazon, Web, and Landing Pages.
  • Your work is dependably on-brand and consistent, with minimal revisions needed from stakeholders.
  • You move comfortably between campaign-level concepting and hands-on asset production without missing a deadline.
  • You’ve contributed new creative ideas that have been adopted into live campaigns.
  • Other departments know they can count on you for both fast turnarounds and bigger creative pushes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house design experience at a DTC brand.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a proven track record of high-quality, polished, on-brand work.
  • Strong ability to design within an established design system.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Comfort adapting designs to the specs and guidelines of different platforms (Email, Paid Social, Amazon, Web, and Landing Pages).
  • A reliable track record of meeting deadlines, even across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with performance creative, paid media, retention, Amazon, CRO, and growth teams, with proactive communication throughout.
  • A natural instinct for bringing new ideas and creative perspectives to the table.

Benefits

  • Your design decisions are seen and used. You’ll see your work live across email, ads, Amazon, and web within days, not months.
  • No politics, just execution. Join a fast-moving, high-ownership, results-driven culture.
  • Make your mark by helping scale a 9-figure DTC brand on the verge of global breakout.
  • Kind, people-focused team that communicates openly, collaborates well, and supports one another.
  • We embrace growth and change, never settle, and continuously improve.
  • We move fast, keep things simple, and innovate without fear.
  • Remote-friendly, with autonomy and trust.
  • Unlimited PTO. Recharge when you need to, without counting days.
