  • Achievement of targeted monthly increase in revenue within the Accountancy Practices via:
    • Growing and expanding our reach with newly onboarded practices
    • Working with our existing practices to increase growth
  • Identifying/generating new business opportunities from existing accounts
  • Management of onboarding projects, alongside key colleagues, to support practices in continuing to add new clients to the FreeAgent platform
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to deliver both short-term results, as well as long-term revenue maximisation
  • Build and maintain relationships with all clients
  • Representing FreeAgent at events, exhibitions, roundtables etc as required
  • Accurate and timely project and opportunity reporting
  • Accurate and timely maintenance of sales records and notes in Salesforce CRM system
  • Attendance at Head Office normally at least once a month for our wider Sales Team Meetings
  • Keep informed about issues affecting the industry and competitor information, communicating this to the wider sales team

  • Evidence of self-reliance and self-motivation
  • Attention to detail, process and follow up
  • Appreciation of the technology and legislation-led changes taking place in the accountancy profession and micro-business sector
