- Provide support and point of escalation for product teams using the Salesforce platform, helping the team resolve complex questions from stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and drive forward the highest standards for security across all aspects of the Salesforce instance and integrations.
- Lead cross-team collaboration to share knowledge across all platform users ranging from sales to marketing, data and finance, website engineering and user research.
- Implement solutions and make recommendations that reflect a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures that enable the input of data and creation of complex reports and dashboards.
- Support less experienced administrators with skill and knowledge growth, through our rigorous peer review process.
- Lead on solutions during Salesforce incidents, communicating, documenting and fixing.
- Support Marketing Cloud super users with data queries or functional queries, etc.
You ideally you'll have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications and maintaining integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis, including custom reporting within Salesforce.com and custom reporting objects.
- Experience maintaining a complex Salesforce organisation (either with more users, a more complex sharing model, integrations and/or using less common features).
- Experience maintaining and customising the Salesforce organisation using best practices.
- Full understanding of options, such as automation, record types vs. page layouts.
- Experience handling incidents and maintaining security standards.
- Strong project management skills and able to implement a robust development cycle to specify, plan, implement, test, and release new changes to the platform.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Great communication skills and the ability to train others in how to use the system, tailoring the training to each individual or user role.
- Experience supporting less experienced administrators.
