At TXP, you can multiply your potential. What You\’ll Be Doing Join TXP as a Full Stack Developer, working on client-facing projects within internal or customer development teams. You\’ll focus on backend development using Java and Spring, with some frontend work in React or JavaScript/TypeScript. You\’ll be hands-on across the full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, within Agile sprints. You\’ll collaborate with customers, delivery partners, and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions that meet real-world needs. What We\’re Looking For We\’re after a developer who\’s confident with Java and comfortable working across the stack. You\’ll be proactive, quality-focused, and able to explain technical ideas clearly. Java (1.6/1.8), Spring Framework React or modern JS/TS frameworks REST APIs, Oracle PL/SQL Microservices, Maven, Docker/Kubernetes Agile/Scrum experience Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), TDD/CI Azure or AWS Bash/Linux scripting SOA, component-based development Exposure to technical architecture You\’ll Fit Right In If You: Have a strong eye for detail and quality Communicate well with technical and non-technical teams Are self-motivated, organised, and thrive in fast-paced environments Enjoy solving problems and sharing knowledge What Success Looks Like Delivering clean, scalable code that meets client needs Meeting deadlines without compromising quality Building trusted relationships with customers and teammates Taking ownership in sprints and contributing to team success Helping raise the technical bar across the team Benefits: 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
