About The Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you’ll lead a 24/7 Operations Centre shift, bringing together monitoring, response and platform teams into one coordinated function. You’ll set direction, manage priorities and ensure the safe, effective operation of DVLA’s critical infrastructure and services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead a team of engineers, setting priorities and overseeing operational activity
  • Take ownership of live incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear escalation
