We’re seeking Senior Software Engineers to accelerate our client's transformation by embedding modern, secure engineering practices across their cloud platform. In this role you’ll lead the design and delivery of automated, resilient CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines on Azure, shape cloud-native .NET/React solutions, and upskill teams so the organisation reliably delivers higher-value outcomes for customers. You’ll take ownership of quality and security, drive practical innovation, and be supported by a collaborative delivery team.
This is a hybrid position.
Candidate ProfileIn this role, you will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices across the engineering lifecycle for a Microsoft/Azure, .NET and React stack. You’ll own the creation and optimisation of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, embed automated security and quality checks, and collaborate with platform, security and product teams to deliver cloud-native, resilient services. You will actively mentor engineers, raising capability across the client organisation and promoting shared responsibility for reliability, observability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleYou should have proven experience delivering DevSecOps practices in Azure for .NET and React applications, strong pipeline and automation skills, and a track record of influencing engineering culture and mentoring colleagues. Financial services or regulated-industry experience and an understanding of compliance expectations are highly valuable.
Essential Qualifications- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong development background with .NET (C#) and front-end experience (React).
- Practical experience with IaC (Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep) and automation frameworks.
- Proven ability to integrate automated testing, SAST/DAST or vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.
- Experience shaping cloud-native architectures and platform practices in Azure.
- Demonstrable mentoring/coaching experience and ability to influence engineering practices.
- Familiarity with financial services security/compliance standards preferred.
