  • Able to work with functional consultants to define user stories and appropriate approach to configuration/use of platform.
  • Experienced in ServiceNow IRM module (and certified for Risk & Compliance).
  • Experienced in key platform components such as CMDB/CSDM, workspace, automation, and PA.
