Base pay range
Senior Scrum Master
12 Month contract initially
Based: Hybrid/Gloucester or London – Occasional Travel to Customer Offices for meetings and workshops.
Rate: £450 – £500 p/d (via Umbrella company)
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, vendors and other stakeholders for PI planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, retrospectives, Product vision and roadmaps.
- Track and report Sprint / PI outcomes and business value.
- Conduct reviews of Project plans, Programme status reports, Project status reports, Risks, Issues, Processes, Test plans/strategies and Service Support KPIs with vendors and stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies with other programmes and projects.
- Participate in Continuous Service Improvements with Product Managers and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules with high quality deliverables to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and business value.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum.
- Certified Scrum Master.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
