LA International is seeking a User Researcher contractor (Inside IR35) for remote work. You will design and conduct user research to inform service design, working with designers, product owners, developers and Agile teams to test and iterate services.
You will advise clients on solving complex problems using research-driven insights, lead multidisciplinary teams, and advocate inclusive approaches within user research across projects and bids.
