CGI is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager to own the ILS and manage service delivery across complex defence programmes. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure systems remain available, reliable and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle while driving continual improvement.
Based primarily in Reading with occasional travel to Corsham, you will work with customers, engineering and operational stakeholders, producing executive reports and shaping policy as part of a proactive approach.
