Project Manager

Circa 20 PCs are required to work on various roles as attached as part of the Win 11 deployment project.

These roles will be remote-based with occasional travel to Corsham, if required, e.g., for meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Core Project Management
   • Support project management activities, including meeting minutes and reporting.
   • Assist the Lead Project Manager with report creation, plan updates, configuration management, commercials, and change management.
   • Create and maintain project logs (product, risk, issue, dependency, and change).
2. Onboarding Coordinator
   • Create and maintain a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule.
   • Liaise with the Contractor\’s Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure alignment.
   • Arrange engagement and release of Contractor Resources, including onboarding material and security clearance guidance.
   • Coordinate security clearance processes with relevant departments.
   • Organize onboarding sessions for Contractor Resources.
3. Scheduling and Planning
   • Prepare and issue start-up meeting invitations, confirm acceptance, and reschedule as needed.
   • Create and submit start-up meeting records for review.
   • Note: Active SC clearance is required for this role.
