Role Purpose
The Product Owner (PO) will own the end‑to‑end Product Inventory Onboarding capability within SNOW4Business. This role is accountable for translating integration specifications, product‑lifecycle rules, and portal behaviour into a clear, governed, technically rigorous product roadmap that aligns Group standards, local market needs, and ServiceNow platform constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the SN4B Product Inventory Onboarding roadmap.
- Define DXL canonical event patterns.
- Orchestrate SNOW async processes and queue sequencing.
- Drive portal capability uplift (COVE / Liferay / new portal direction).
- Collaborate on requirements refinement and technical alignment.
- Engage with market stakeholders.
- Ensure product lifecycle governance.
- Align data model and architecture.
- Define testing strategy and production readiness.
