Product Lifecycle Governance is a key responsibility area for this role, encompassing product, technical, and operational standards.

Product Owner - SNOW4Business Product Inventory Onboarding. The role is Outside IR35.

Role Purpose

The Product Owner (PO) will own the end‑to‑end Product Inventory Onboarding capability within SNOW4Business. This role is accountable for translating integration specifications, product‑lifecycle rules, and portal behaviour into a clear, governed, technically rigorous product roadmap that aligns Group standards, local market needs, and ServiceNow platform constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the SN4B Product Inventory Onboarding roadmap.
  • Define DXL canonical event patterns.
  • Orchestrate SNOW async processes and queue sequencing.
  • Drive portal capability uplift (COVE / Liferay / new portal direction).
  • Collaborate on requirements refinement and technical alignment.
  • Engage with market stakeholders.
  • Ensure product lifecycle governance.
  • Align data model and architecture.
  • Define testing strategy and production readiness.
  • Maintain governance and compliance.
