Position: Principal Business Analyst

Location: Bristol, Norwich, or Perth (Scotland) – Hybrid (2 days on-site), London option available

Day Rate: Competitive (via Umbrella Company, Inside IR35)

Help shape the roadmap for the migration programme.
Act as a strategist, not just a Senior Business Analyst (consultancy background preferred).
Manage and supervise a team of Business Analysts.
Understand complexities within large Transition/Migration Programmes and handle sensitive situations.

Proven Business Analysis background at Lead/Principal level.
Strategic mindset with experience overseeing programmes from inception to mobilisation.
Experience with M&A & Integration projects.
Solid background in General Insurance, including Product, Structure, Personal Lines, Policy Admin Systems, Claims, Audit, Data & Analytics.
Experience managing multiple programmes simultaneously.
Ability to build, lead, and support high-performing teams and influence key stakeholders.
