In this role, you will carry out a range of exterior cosmetic repairs including paintwork correction, polishing, and plastic refurbishment. You will use modern SMART repair techniques, tools, and materials to restore vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets strict quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SMART repairs within an automotive environment and be confident working independently in a fast‑paced setting. You will take pride in your workmanship, have strong technical ability in cosmetic repair methods, and be committed to consistently delivering high-quality results.
The Role
- Carry out SMART repairs including paintwork correction, polishing, and cosmetic refinishing
- Perform plastic refurbishment and rectification work on vehicle exteriors
- Ensure all vehicles meet required quality and reconditioning standards
- Use modern repair techniques, tools, and materials to deliver a right first-time approach
- Work closely with quality and inspection teams to maintain high standards
The Person
- Proven experience in repair, cosmetic vehicle repair, or similar automotive role
- Strong skills in polishing, paint correction, and plastic refurbishment
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
