Good working knowledge and Previous Experience of supporting the
following is required
Windows 10/11 OS Fault finding and user support including experience of
installing and supporting scripted Builds.
Microsoft O365 User support and Fault finding.
Basic Understanding of Network Patching to include basic fault finding
and Tracing of Patch Cables required.
Previous experience of Desktop\\Laptop Hardware
Install, and support required with Knowledge of
Dell laptops & HP thin Clients not essential but preferred.
Previous experience of Bank Branch support/diagnostics for Chip and Pin,
Passbook printers, check book etc preferred.
Excellent
customer Facing skills and previous use of Customer Call Management systems
