Our client is looking for an IT Graduate with a Computer Science Degree for this role. The successful candidate must be based within easy commuting distance of Nottingham due to weekly travel and must be willing to travel for training to Halo site in Suffolk.
HaloPSA is a new system that the client is implementing. This is a great opportunity to join during this exciting phase. Full training will be provided. The role involves leading the deployment and management of Halo PSA, ensuring smooth operation, continuous improvement, and alignment with business goals. Coding and development are minimal, focusing more on system deployment and management.
Experience with Halo PSA, Halo ITSM, or Halo Service Desk is desirable but not essential. Skills in creating customer workflows, processes, and integrating with third-party systems are advantageous but not required.
