Commercial Support Responsibilities:
- Lead contract management activities and support statement of work preparation for governance approval.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.
- Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with governance procedures.
- Create and manage templates for SOWs, change orders and contractual agreements.
- Support BAU contract management activities and reporting obligations.
- Participate in customer meetings and governance forums.
- Support dispute management and delay resolution activities with Legal and Commercial teams.
- Ensure all contractual documentation follows governance and DOFA approval requirements.
- Produce risk assessments, reports and contract templates.
- Continuously improve contract management processes and documentation standards.
Commercial Support Skills And Experience:
- Strong experience within contract management and commercial support environments.
- Understanding of governance, risk management and contractual compliance.
- Experience supporting contract negotiations and change management processes.
- Knowledge of IT law, GDPR and commercial legislation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across complex delivery environments.
- Experience working with Legal and Commercial teams within regulated environments.
