Responsibilities
- Respond to escalations from 2nd Line support teams.
- Maintain and support PKI solutions across secure environments.
- Support backup and storage platforms and provide updates to leadership.
- Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve incidents.
- Carry out change activities in line with defined processes.
- Support release readiness for new services entering live environments.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and schedules.
- Travel to sites to support PKI activities when required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell Avamar and Data Domain.
- Solid understanding of PKI technologies including Microsoft and Thales solutions.
- Experience supporting cloud-based storage environments.
- Knowledge of VMware cloud technologies.
- Experience working with ITSM processes and tooling.
- Server administration experience across Windows Server environments.
- Exposure to event monitoring tools such as SCOM.
- Experience using VMware vCenter.
