Event Manager Must have an Active DV Clearance.

The position is ideal for an experienced Event Manager with strong ITIL knowledge and expertise in enterprise monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities Monitor secure IT infrastructure using enterprise event management and monitoring tools.

Raise, assess, and respond to alerts, events, and incidents, escalating to the appropriate resolver groups where required.

Support the management and continual improvement of ITIL Event Management processes.

Configure and optimise monitoring systems to improve event detection, filtering, correlation, and alerting.

Design, develop, and maintain Event Management dashboards and reporting.

Work closely with customers and technical teams to improve operational monitoring capabilities.

Support best practice implementation across Event Management services.

Contribute to incident management and operational service improvement activities.

Skills and Experience Strong experience delivering ITIL Event Management within enterprise IT environments.

Subject Matter Expert knowledge of one or more enterprise monitoring platforms.

Experience with monitoring technologies such as BMC True Sight, Discovery, Solar Winds, SCOM, Riverbed Net IM, Whats Up Gold, Tanium, Tripwire, or Lumeta.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, monitoring, and operational support.

Experience configuring monitoring systems, dashboards, alerts, and event correlation.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience working within highly secure or mission-critical environments.
