About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Change Manager to lead change management activities critical for enhancing the client\’s Cloud technology, Infrastructure, and Data capabilities. This role ensures the successful adoption of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across the Technology organization, focusing on Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data transformation.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional change management expertise, experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders, shaping future-state TOMs, and delivering successful large-scale technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data TOMs to support the overall Technology transformation.
- CXO Engagement and TOM Development: Collaborate with senior executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.) to define and shape future-state Target Operating Models for Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data domains.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder groups at all levels, fostering strong relationships to promote engagement and adoption.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct impact and gap assessments on business units, processes, and teams affected by the new operating model.
- Change Planning and Execution: Develop detailed change plans for various business areas, including actions, ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
- Communication and Engagement: Create and deliver clear communications to diverse audiences to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Training and Enablement: Work with training teams to design and deliver learning programs for new Cloud and Data platforms.
- Resistance Management: Identify resistance proactively and develop strategies to mitigate risks to adoption.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and report progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of feedback, learning, and ongoing enhancement of change programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field; professional certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Change Manager in large-scale IT transformations.
- Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders to develop Target Operating Models for Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data.
- Experience with Cloud platforms, especially Azure, is highly desirable.
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments is an advantage.
