We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our thriving community. We have multiple opportunities across various teams including Payments, Digital Channels, Hybrid Cloud, and Bereavement & Care.

Here, you\’ll have opportunity to continue to grow your capabilities skills and knowledge through working with Senior/ Lead BAs and the support of the wider community of practice.
You\’ll continue to develop and improve your knowledge of Business Analysis and Agile principles. And you\’ll also have chance to coach, lead and mentor others.
You\’ll lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and utilise other techniques to effectively translate research data into detailed requirements to help deliver value and great outcomes for our users.
A key part of your role will be to work collaboratively with our Product Owners to agree roadmap priorities, feed into delivery plans, new features and products as well as contributing towards prioritisation activities.

Technical Statement
- Provide a specific example of how you\’ve used your business modelling skills to aid your analysis and improve your communication on a project.
Personal Statement
- Significant experience of working as a Business Analyst and evidence of carrying out a wide range of analysis activities
- If you are successful in you application, we\’ll invite you to a first and final interview.

Location: You\’ll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model – you\’ll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £45,081.
Pension: You\’ll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You\’ll also get all the usual public holidays.
