Are you an organised and commercially minded sales support professional with experience in telecoms, IT or customer service? Do you enjoy managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating orders through to completion? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international telecommunications and technology organisation, where you'll work directly alongside the commercial Director and gain exposure to the complete sales lifecycle across mission and business-critical network solutions.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day customer enquiries. You'll work closely with procurement, operations, finance and engineering teams to obtain pricing, coordinate order fulfilment and ensure customers receive an excellent service. You will also track quotations, maintain CRM records and help qualify new opportunities generated through marketing, website activity and online sales platforms.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional from a telecoms or technical background, with a strong understanding of solution-based selling. They will be confident building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and working with technical teams to deliver commercially effective solutions.

The Role
  • Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and provide product, pricing and lead-time information
  • Process customer orders through to successful completion and invoicing
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, finance and engineering teams
  • Track quotations, follow up opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Qualify new leads and support customer retention, cross-selling and business development
The Person
  • Experience in sales support, internal sales, administration or customer service
  • Experience within telecoms, IT, managed services or engineering is desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities accurately
  • Confident using CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office systems while working across technical and operational teams
