In this role, you will travel across the UK alongside a team of engineers, delivering AV and IT projects involving networking, servers, switches, system installations, and cabling. You will take a lead role on projects, ensuring delivery from start to finish while maintaining high technical standards. You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers, supporting their development and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment. This position offers the opportunity to showcase leadership skills while remaining hands-on with cutting-edge technology.

The Role

  • Travel across the UK delivering AV and IT installation projects
  • Work on networking, servers, switches, hardware assembly, and cabling
  • Lead projects from initial setup through to completion
  • Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
  • Contribute technical expertise to ensure successful delivery

The Person

  • Experienced engineer within AV/IT projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • ECS/CSCS card desirable (training provided if required)
