The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and integrity, aligned to our company values. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Candidate profiling and interviewing
- Managing compliance and accurate record‑keeping
- Negotiating contractual and financial terms
- Supporting submissions, interviews, and contractor assessments
- Building strong client relationships and delivering against service levels
