About The Role

Meridian Business Support is seeking a Healthcare Helpline Advisor to join our client based in Crewe. You\’ll play a key role in helping patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring they receive vital healthcare equipment and services. Each interaction is an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone\’s day, supporting our mission to empower individuals to stay independent.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: £23,400 per Annum

What You\’ll Do:

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Manage workload effectively, including additional tasks and project work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Handle escalated queries and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
  • Adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment.
