Are you ready to take the wheel and lead a high-performing Bodyshop in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility? Are you a dynamic, results-driven Bodyshop Manager?
Salary up to £65,000 + Performance bonus
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 Every other Saturday (dependent on business needs)
32 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Join one of the UK's leading accident repair groups, as they launch a brand-new state-of-the-art repair centre in Newport.
Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the entire Bodyshop operation, setting repair targets, ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining high safety standards, and conducting quality control checks to ensure every vehicle meets our exceptional standards. You will be the key point of contact for both your team and senior management, reporting on productivity and ensuring repairs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality control, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. With at least two years of experience in an Accident Repair Centre as a Manager, Senior, or Team Leader, you should bring a proactive mindset, the ability to stay ahead of potential challenges, and a passion for teamwork and productivity. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the confidence to drive efficiency, maintain compliance with health & safety regulations, and lead your team to success.
