We’re on the lookout for a Performance Video Editor who has that rare mix of creative flair and data-driven instinct. You’ll be responsible for editing high-converting paid ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and beyond – taking raw UGC, VO, B-roll, and hooks and turning them into fast-paced, scroll-stopping ads that drive serious results. You’ll be:
- A creative editor who loves performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, thumb-stops - you get it)
- Experienced in editing ads specifically for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube
- Obsessed with pace, hooks, sound design, subtitles, and scroll-stopping edits
- Comfortable working with UGC, voiceovers, product footage, and testimonials
- Collaborative, working closely with strategists, designers, and media buyers
- Agile, fast-working, and detail-oriented - without compromising quality
- Culturally in-tune with trends, formats, and what’s working right now
You’ll own:
- Editing high-performance ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more
- Creating multiple variations of winning ads for testing (hooks, CTAs, durations)
- Building ads using raw UGC, B-roll, VO, testimonials and on-brand overlays
- Enhancing videos with music, subtitles, motion graphics and transitions
- Collaborating with the creative team to bring strategic ideas to life
- Iterating based on data and performance feedback from the performance team
- Staying ahead of social platform trends, formats, and editing styles
