Logistics & Freight Management:

• Provide freight management support to the Junior Logistics Manager (JLM).
• Maintain and update the freight tracker with the latest arrival information.
• Raise and update purchase orders (POs) in IMS.
• Assist the JLM in negotiating pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.

Deliveries & Warehouse Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate supplier deliveries with the warehouse.
• Receipt deliveries in IMS and verify that quantities match expected figures within 24 hours of arrival.
• Arrange courier collections and deliveries for the wider team.
• Organise and raise shipments across all fulfilment channels.

Inventory Management (Unleashed & IMS):

• Enter and maintain accurate data in IMS.
• Set up and maintain SKUs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Raise and receipt purchase orders upon delivery.
• Manage production assemblies and warehouse transfers.
• Perform stock and order reconciliations in collaboration with the Supply Planning Manager (SPM) and JLM.

Supply Planning Support:

• Assist the SPM with coordinating deliveries of raw materials, components, and packaging to suppliers in preparation for production.

Sales & Order Fulfilment:

• Process sales orders (SOs) for both Retail and B2B customers.
• Send invoices to customers for payment.
• Ensure orders are despatched from the warehouse within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Marketing Orders & Fulfilment:

• Act as the central point of contact for all marketing orders.
• Raise SOs and communicate despatch details to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the resolution of any fulfilment-related issues.

Invoice & Payment Management:

• Ensure all invoices are reviewed and approved on time via ApprovalMax.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in an operations role within FMCG.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt and think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
