Join to apply for the Social Media Manager role at Free Soul. We're Free Soul - wellbeing for her, however she defines it. Because no two experiences are ever the same, and her path deserves to be as individual as she is. We shine a light on the unfiltered reality of being well - not the industry-standard version, but the honest, everyday pursuit of what makes her feel good.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and evolve the social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube – and whatever comes next).
- Drive content ideation with a sharp eye for virality – you're the person who always has a camera-ready idea.
- Plan, post, and schedule daily content across channels – from polished campaigns to lo-fi, reactive moments.
- Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools, using data to double down or pivot when needed.
- Collaborate closely with creative, brand, and influencer teams to bring campaigns and stories to life.
- Grow and nurture our online community – responding to comments, DMs, and tapping into trending conversations.
- Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, feeding new ideas and formats back into the content pipeline.
- Champion our tone of voice and visual identity across every post.
- Test, learn, and iterate – always.
- Be hands-on: filming BTS, capturing moments, and showing the real, unfiltered side of Free Soul.
What we're looking for in you:
- 3+ years experience in a social media role, ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand or similar.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social audiences.
- A creative eye and killer instincts for what makes people stop scrolling.
- Confident using content creation tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Data-literate: comfortable pulling performance metrics and turning them into smart actions.
- Natural storyteller with a strong understanding of brand tone, voice, and community building.
- Comfortable being behind the scenes and behind the camera.
- Strong organisational skills – you can manage content calendars and last-minute moments with ease.
- Knows how to balance creativity with commercial goals.
What you'll get in return:
- Core working hours of 10:00-16:00 with flexible scheduling; hybrid option of 3 days in the office per week; work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
- Enhanced Family Leave; Free Soul product pantry access; monthly Free Soul essentials delivered to your home.
- 30% discount for friends and family; dog-friendly office; pension plan; Vitality health insurance.
- Monthly team socials, lunch & learns, and other internal events.
