We’re Free Soul - wellbeing for her, however she defines it. Because no two experiences are ever the same, and her path deserves to be as individual as she is. We shine a light on the unfiltered reality of being well - not the industry-standard version, but the honest, everyday pursuit of what makes her feel good.

How do we do it? By creating expertly formulated products with clinically tested ingredients that support every woman’s unique needs. Working at Free Soul is more than just a job - it’s a purpose. We’re a mission-led team where everyone genuinely cares about the impact we’re making.

We lead with ownership - taking responsibility for our work, our ideas, and the energy we bring. We act with accountability and intent, treating decisions as if our name were on the door, we are trusted to run with bold ideas and see them through.

We show up with respect and kindness - to our teammates, our community, and ourselves. We communicate clearly and fairly, listen with intent, celebrate difference and challenge in the right way, creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued and supported.

We’re driven by a growth mindset – staying curious, open to feedback, and committed to learning. We ask why, embrace thoughtful risk-taking, learn quickly from what doesn’t work and keep improving as individuals, as a team and as a brand.

We have fun - taking our work seriously, not ourselves. We bring our authentic selves to work, keep things light and human, and believe the best ideas come when people feel comfortable, creative and connected.

We own the women’s nutrition space by doing things differently - liberating, not restricting. We celebrate every side of her - the quirks, the flaws, the fierce and the tender. Our brand reflects her real, raw journey and gives her the freedom to show up exactly as she is. That’s what makes Free Soul a truly special place to work.

What you’ll be doing

This is a senior position at the centre of everything we do on socials. You'll own Free Soul's social media strategy across all platforms - leading a team, shaping the editorial direction, and being directly accountable for performance. You'll connect the dots between content, community, and commercial growth. Your work won't just look good - it'll move the business.

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube - and whatever's next
  • Lead and develop a small social team, setting standards, managing workflows, and creating an environment where creative and commercial thinking coexist
  • Define channel strategy and content frameworks that ladder up to brand and revenue goals
  • Be the analytical heartbeat of the team - owning performance reporting, identifying what's working and what's not, and translating data into clear direction
  • Connect social performance directly to commercial outcomes: customer acquisition, retention, and product launches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, partnerships, and retention to align social with wider business priorities
  • Drive content ideation and set the creative vision - from polished campaigns to reactive, lo-fi moments
  • Lead community strategy: growing and deepening our connection with the Free Soul audience
  • Stay ahead of platform and cultural trends, bringing strategic recommendations to the table - as well as reactive ideas
  • Champion our tone of voice and visual identity at every touchpoint
  • Build a culture of test, learn, and iterate within your team

What we’re looking for in you

  • 5+ years in social media, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role - ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and engagement across multiple social platforms
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team - you lead by doing and by developing others
  • Deeply data-literate: you live in analytics tools, you know your KPIs, and you use performance insight to drive decisions - not just to report backwards
  • Clear understanding of how social contributes to commercial performance: CAC, retention, conversion, and revenue impact
  • A creative eye and a strategic brain - you know why something works, not just that it does
  • Strong understanding of brand tone, voice, and community building
  • Comfortable with content creation tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe suite etc.) and confident directing others in their use
  • Experience with product launch strategies and cross-functional campaign coordination

You’ll thrive here if you’re

  • A strategic thinker who also loves to get into the detail - you can zoom out and zoom in
  • Commercially curious and always asking "what does this mean for the business?"
  • A clear and confident communicator - with your team, with stakeholders, and in a brief
  • Obsessed with culture, trends, and what's next - but grounded enough to know when to act and when to wait
  • Ready to take ownership in a high-impact role where your decisions genuinely shape the brand
  • Open to honest feedback and committed to building a team culture of the same
  • Proud of your work and the work of your team - from concept to completion
  • Passionate about building something with real purpose and a real audience

What you’ll get in return

  • Flexible hours with core hours 10:00–16:00
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 at home
  • Work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year
  • 25 days holiday +
