The Role: As an Influencer Marketing Executive, your primary task will be to drive our influencer marketing strategy forward by managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that speak to our core audiences and drive strong sales performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate self-starter with influencer marketing experience, to take responsibility in a high-growth environment. We are seeking an individual who can juggle tasks and drive results to ensure we are generating strong ROI on our campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsibility for your own budget and campaigns, ensuring we deliver value for the business (low CACs and ROI).
- Scouting and identifying influencers/creators, using tools as well as your own knowledge, with a proven track record of driving sales across various platforms.
- Negotiating with partners on fees, timelines, contracts etc to meet benchmarks and targets to ensure the best success of campaigns for the business.
- Tracking and reporting on key campaign performance metrics to the team, sharing insights and learnings, and leveraging data to continuously optimise our campaigns.
- Immerse yourself in social media trends and the latest in the influencer marketing industry.
- Take the initiative on new campaign ideas and when necessary build proposals to support your ideas.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years experience running influencer marketing campaigns with a performance focus.
- Results oriented analytical thinker, able to monitor, analyse and produce and share results.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. A natural communicator. You’re quick to build relationships and establish rapport with influencers, managers and agencies at all levels.
- Obsessed with social media, social trends and the digital landscape. Know what is and isn’t relevant to our audience and have ideas with how to implement these.
- A self-starter mindset with a focus on results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
