We’re on the hunt for a Head of Creative who’s an established leader, part visionary and part hands-on maker – ready to lead, create, and grow a full-service in-house creative team for one of the UK’s fastest-growing women’s wellbeing brands.

This role blends big-picture leadership with roll-up-your-sleeves execution – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. From campaigns to content, packaging to paid media, you’ll own our creative vision and make sure every asset builds brand love and delivers results.
You’ll be:
A creative leader with in-house and DTC brand experience
Skilled at balancing brand-building and performance marketing creative
Experienced leading multi-disciplinary teams (design, content, video, packaging)
Adaptable, entrepreneurial, ready to lead and get stuck in
Confident managing creative budgets and external partners
Culturally tuned-in, with a sharp eye for what resonates with women today

Campaigns, paid media, content, packaging, shoots, partnerships
Building and mentoring a high-performing in-house creative team
Knowing when to bring in external experts to elevate the work
