A fantastic opportunity has now opened to join our commercial property agency as an inbound phone-based lettings negotiator, renting office space across London and the UK. (no cold calling). You will be joining a small team of forward-thinking, friendly, sociable, and supportive individuals in their 20s and 30s to help match businesses with their perfect office. Our core sales team have been here for 4+ years, so you would not be replacing anyone who has left; you would be an addition to the expanding team.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Register applicants who enquire about office space on our website
- Qualify those applicants by asking questions to understand the business setup
- Make appointments for applicants to see office space
- Follow up viewings with applicants to objection handle/negotiate/close deals
- Liaise with office providers to make appointments/provide feedback
- Manage existing pipeline to help progress previous enquiries (warm leads)
- Deliver and exceed daily/monthly KPI’s set by your sales manager
- Make use of a database to enter new enquiries/add feedback. 50% of day receiving calls & 50% of day making calls to existing clients
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months working in a phone based sales role
- Sales-minded with a good customer service focus
- Tenacious and target-driven/hungry to make commission
- Open to improving sales knowledge
- Excellent command of the English language
- Based within an hour's commute of the office.
Hours / Pay:
- £32,000 salary with a yearly review
- Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £60K to £90K within 1st/2nd year
- Hours are 9am to 6pm from Mon to Fri (closed on weekends)
- Mon, Tue & Wed at our office in Farringdon. Thur & Fri work from home (if wanted)
