Your Role
- Work closely with Field Sales Executives to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Train, coach, and motivate your team to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Play an active role in recruiting high‑performing sales executives.
- Keep your team up to date with the latest product and service knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
