Position Overview

The VP, Finance is a senior leader who operates with hands‑on ownership across the full scope of FAL’s financial function. Reporting to the CFO and COO, this role serves as the connective tissue between financial operations and executive decision‑making, ensuring that leadership always has the clarity, rigor, and foresight needed to run the business. This person will work closely with the executive steering committee and support board‑level reporting, capital strategy, and cross‑functional financial planning. The right candidate is both analytically excellent and operationally pragmatic — equally comfortable building a financial model and presenting findings to a board of directors.
